The homeowner can choose whether to use a wide or narrow board based on the layout. A wider floor area will have a larger surface area, making it more atmospheric after paving. However, if the room is relatively small and only a few wide boards are placed, it will appear small and the effect will be even less noticeable when furniture is placed. Therefore, narrow boards are more suitable for small apartment types. A room with a large area using wide boards will have a great overall feeling and a smoother feeling.
